Clean Shot IPA is a collaboration with our friends over at Lost Time Brewing, brewed entirely with Sabro hops. It tastes like you got hit in the head with a coconut, no seriously. Sabro is one of the most unique hops out there. It brings some of the tropical fruit character you expect from modern hops, but what really defines it is the overwhelming coconut and vanilla note that makes it instantly recognizable. That intensity is exactly why we chose to use it as a single-hop beer, letting it fully stand on its own.
